Diet Tricks
Replacing
- replace all the white bread with dark bread or whole grain bread (eat less bread if is to expensive).
- replace simple cereals with whole grain cereals, and carefully check the labels to avoid added sugars.
- replace white sugar with brown sugar for coffee and honey for tea.
- replace instant coffee with black, natural coffee.
- replace carbonated drinks with fresh squeezed juices, green tea or water.
- replace your usual oil and salad dressings with olive oil, is healthier and tastier.
- replace frozen vegetables for cooking with fresh ones.
Eating Habits
- make a habit of enriching every meal with some fresh vegetables or fruits.
- last meal should be no later than 7-8 in the evening. End it with a probiotic to ease your digestion over night.
- eat slowly. It takes about 20 minutes to feel full, so eating slowly will not only help your digestion, but will reduce the food intake until you feel full.
- drink a glass of water before meal if you feel really hungry. It will help reducing the hunger feeling.
- first thing in the morning should be a full glass of water or
- one glass of water with 1-2 teaspoon of Apple Vinegar Cider every morning for two weeks will help you lose 3-4 kilos of fat. Also helps with acid reflux.
- eat lots of grapefruit. They lower insulin level, a fat storage hormone.
- chew lots and lots of gum. You still get the taste and your jaws are still working so part of your brain is confused into thinking that you’re eating.
- eat enough food to not feel hungry until next meal.
- don’t just reduce your snacks, but remove them completely. Have only water between meals.
- a cup of green tea several times a day is proved to increase weight loss rate.

- soda and diet soda
- carbonated drinks
- high refined oils
- “diet” snacks
- energizer drinks

-plan your meals for the whole day ahead, and stick with that plan
- citrus fruits like lemons, oranges, grapefruits have a high rate of burning fat due to high content of vitamin C
-Foods rich in water, like tomatoes, watermelon, cucumbers, broccoli, make you feel full without making you fat. Also they are easy to digest and have great effects in improving your health.
