Best Diet Reviews
This page was built to compare, review and rate some of the most known diets and weight loss programs available on the internet. Because there is a large amount of worthless weight loss programs with big names and lot of advertising, who’s prices are varying from tens to hundreds of dollars. Also there are some who work, and few who actually work very well. The point is to cut through the hypes and unrealistic promises and find out which one works, and how, and which one are the overpriced gimmicks.
I never thought that losing weight can be such a demanding task, frustrating and confusing in the same time. I wish i had found an honest reviews site when i first started my researches in the jungle of weight loss products. But learning through experience is a very valuable lesson in itself, and now i can tell for sure what works and what don’t. And if you are like me, you wouldn’t give up until you lose that belly fat and finally improve your look and overall feeling.
I will start with those who tried them personally , or someone very close to me, so you will have a first hand testimony.
So here are my honest weight loss programs reviews:
Fat Loss For Idiots
Called also The Shifting Calories Method, this diet has gained a well worth good name in the weight loss world. Is not a low carb diet, not a low fat diet and not a low calorie diet. Is a completely new way of eating, different from anything you’ve seen so far. And is working because it keeps your metabolism to adjust to the amount of food you are eating. Excerpt from the site:
“If you begin eating 2,500 calories per day than your metabolism will adjust itself so that your body begins burning 2,500 calories per day!
If you try to starve yourself by suddenly eating 1,000 calories per day then your metabolism will again adjust itself so that body begins to burn only 1,000 calories per day. That’s why you have failed in your past dieting attempts, that’s why you always seem to fail when you try and starve yourself.”
Pro: Is working right from the beginning, and if you stick with the instructions you lose 9 pounds every 11 days. Promote healthy eating habits, even more, eating as much as you want and what ever you like. Best working as a long term diet.
Against: not really found something. You may get over confident about your weight loss and skip some phases, which will stop your progress. The key is to follow the exact instructions until you reach your weight loss goals.
