How to Lose Weight Having Fun

Losing weight and exercising doesn’t always have to be hard work. You can have the time of your life and still lose some weight. Instead of boring hours of workouts or walking, or jogging, try this:

1.DANCE

But don’t just dance how you are used to, or simple movements moving from one foot to another. Pick some new funny, exciting dance and try to learn it. Go to Youtube, there are tons of new funny dancing videos, try a movie (i just love “Happy Feet”, but i never manage to keep up with them) or even a superstar videoclip (why not?) You will burn a lot of calories without noticing, have fun and feel so much better after that!

If you cannot dance alone than take dance classes or join a dance studio. Than practice at home what you’ve learned there. Watch “Shall we dance” movie for inspiration.

2. SWIM

Do you remember how after going to beach you feel so hungry and tired? Spending time in water is a great form of physical activity that put all your muscles to work. Swimming is the ideal activity for many who can no longer bear the high impact and joint stress of running or jogging. If you have a swimming club near to you or a pool, or even better, a beach, give it a try. You don’t have to be a professional swimmer or to force yourself too much. Play with a ball, play pool games, try different swimming styles at your own pace, or just spend time in water, at least one hour a week. Is fun, is pleasant and helps you burn some fat.

3. JUMPING ON A TRAMPOLINE

Just take care, it can be addictive!

You can easily burn out the fat without putting stress on joints. Bouncing on a trampoline in the sound of your favorite music can be so much fun, and relaxing in the same time.

4. HULA HOOP

It will help you lose weight, lose belly fast and sculpting the midsection of your body. The best to use are fitness hoops specially designed for this purpose. It is so funny and will make you feel sexier and happy.

5. CLIMBING

For the challenge loving type of person, indoor walls climbing is a very effective way to lose weight. In the same time it help develop strength, balance and coordination. You can join a local climbing center to learn the basics and practice.
