Mmmm, I am reading your snack recipes and I see the (no) beside some ingredients. I am not sure what that means.
Second question is….. It says it has a 60 day money back guarantee. Do you know how easy or hard it is, if this diet does not suit my lifestyle? I am kind of tired of trying and losing money but not weight. Sorry if I sound crabby, I am not, it is just new to me.
I moved last year and have gained 30 pounds since. I am surprised and taken aback. Never before have I gained so much weight and have not been able to control it.
I have a bad neck, so most exercises not right for me or I can only do it a couple of times a week at best. Ok, I will shut up. I know you don’t want to hear this.

And about gaining weight, you should think about what might have been the cause of it, the starting point; it could be a response to an emotional burden, sudden change or insecurity feelings. This is the point to start working at it.I myself know that when life feels like too much to bear, a big portion of fried chicken followed by a really tasty cake with chocolate while watching tv makes me feel a lot better. And i try really hard not to hate myself for that. My luck is that the mood for that don’t last more than few days…
As for exercises, do what you can, then do it again. Depends also what is your age…and how much you weight…
