Really Craving For Junk Food

It happens after a short period of time of dieting. Suddenly you start craving really bad for all the food that you are not supposed to be eating, and can’t stop yourself grabbing everything in site. How to deal with this?

First is wise to replace junk foods gradually, one by one. This way you will give your body time to get used with less and less junk portions. And to gradually increase the intake of vitamins and minerals from healthy foods, who will ultimately help the body remove the toxins.

Drinking plenty of water regularly will greatly reduce the cravings, and weaken them. But still, there will be some hard moments…at least at the beginning.

Understand that is a normal reaction of removing addictive junk from your diet. Your body is craving for it. Expect moments like that and be prepared for them. Read my post “how to deal with food cravings”.
