Is a very common cry for help and people are really desperate. “I reduced the junk food a lot, i eat a third of what i used to, and still not losing a pound!” “I try to lose weight for so many months, how this can be?” “I exercise a lot more, buy all the new diet methods, but still nothing! I’m so frustrated!” “Do i have to starve to death to lose weight?”
The problem isn’t the diet, but your body metabolism. What the junk food does, is not only making you fat, and addicted, but a lot worse.

Starve to death…definitely not. ‘Junk food’ is called that for a good reason - junk in = junk out. But simply cutting out junk food is not enough for getting in top shape. Many other factors are involved, but it does boil down to one thing. Maximizing your metabolism. And, there certainly are ’secret weapons’ out there to do just that. But you must apply them.
