#1. Always chew your food well before swallowing, as chewing is the first step in digestion. Also avoid talking too much while eating or drinking water during meals.

#2. Try an occasional fast. A one day juice or water only fast can help eliminate toxins and give your digestive system a break.

#3. Exercise or walk regularly, even if is for 15 minutes a day. Effective especially in the evening, after last meal.

#4. Herbs can help a lot. For aiding digestion cascara sagrada is recommended. One ounce of fluid extract in a glass of pineapple juice after dinner is an excellent treatment for chronic constipation, dyspepsia, and indigestion. Also milk thistle, one 300-mg capsule taken three times a day for a week can detoxify and rejuvenate the liver.

#5. Avoid as much as possible refined, processed foods and any carbonated drinks.

#6. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

#7. Boost your digestive system with this natural and effective product and remove bloating for good.

I experience excessive flatulence, bloating, and belching. They happen when I walk too fast or try to carry a heavy book using my right arm and hold it at an 90 degree angle.

    what should I do?

    Dear Shannon

My first advice, as a responsible person is to check with a doctor what can cause those symptoms.
As an educated guess i suppose there is some pressure on your internal organs, be it from another inflamed organ, like your colon, or some of the food you eat can cause an inflammatory response. It can be your liver who is overloaded an sensitive.
If you want to try a natural remedy to release the pressure from your digestive system and see if the symptoms still appear, try digestive enzymes. It will ease the feeling of bloating and belching in a matter of days, are totally safe and have no side affects of any kind.
A good source of quality enzyme products is http://www.enzymedica.com/(i am not connected with them in any way, but i like the professional approach and the products quality)
They have lots of information and educational material, and you can also contact them with more details about your problem, to be sure you get the right cure.
My best to you, and please come and tell me how are you doing.
    Rod
